Our home for seven days

Camp ground setup at Nickerson park. The large tent leaked and we had to ‘tarp’ it for the next rainfall.

Nickerson state park camping, slot 41 is our home for seven days. The first night had some rain and the old big tent for the boyz got good sprinkling inside, but manageable. Dried out during the next morning and we put two tarps we brought to fix the issue.

Closest lake, maybe 300m from our spot. Warm water, great sand.

The lake is clear and warm, we went for extended swims. Just missing the waves from the Atlantic and the invogorating cold of its waters.

Mushroom family

Or camp site has decent and not too far or close bathrooms, showers per car, a fire pit, a wooden bench and all nature scenario. Putting up the tents was easy, the ground flat and good for stakes. Slots 44, 45 and 46 arr also nice. Others are less nice.

Markus borrowed Gisele’s goggles and came up with this healthy turtle

Turtle pond from here on for us.

Happy with the catch.

Dolls

Are there two or four? You tell me. Siena’s baby (the small one) is 6 month i hear and Gisele’s is 9 to 10 month old.
