After a week during which Ana had every second night the feeling that we had to go to the doctor, tonight at 20:00 the contractions have become more violent and become more regular.<\/p>\n
While Ivan is already fast asleep, ‘Grosi’ and I watch the famous Goldfinger with Gerd Froebe and Sean Connery. Ana takes a quick shower and continues monitoring the contractions….. Also Ana has a leak where some additional fluid is discharged…. at 21:10 Ana decides that it is time to call the hospital and leave for the delivery. Gerd Froebe has just taken down Fort Knox.<\/p>\n
At 21:40 we are in the hospital and are lead to room 103 where we go through the usual reception questions and investigations. All is good and we are set. The baby’s heart beat is fine and Ana’s contractions are reasonable regular. Ana watches the news on CBS and relaxes a bit before we see whether really she is in labor. It looks like that yes and we change to a real delivery room 111.<\/p>\n
After the usual checks and somewhat irrgular contractions (every 6 minutes) Ana and I try to get some rest. The delivery goes slowely but we are relaxed and Ana looks good.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
