According to the coach, the largest team and over the season the most improved ever in 40 years. Markus first year in wrestling, on varsity right away.

Artic Blast Activities
The artic blast came in on Friday morning and reached full force in the evening hours and overnight. First skate with Knox at seven, Markus wrestling shortly after, Siena practice at eight, and my game at 8:15. Driving was crazy and only possible because Lee drove Knox and Katja from the game in Waltham to Somerville and Ana picked them up… the skate was unbelievable, crisp ice, cold air, sharpened skates and a nice goal and assist to top it off.

Markus won his first match, lost the next one against the number one seed, but won the last. This resulted in a 3rd place for Markus. And by the way… he was focusing on his low wrestling stand, he says.
