Golden hour at the boatclub with good friends

Amazing evening after a abysmal weekend …

We spent a great afternoon with friends at the boatclub, it was a rainy morning so the club was empty but the sun came out for the golden hour and we took a dip, it was not even cold.

Lee and Amy enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, the kids were running around and played nicely with each other.

Knox and Siena could not be stopped to accumulate the sun rays. What a treat.

Tigerlilies

We bought them for Markus, because he loves orange, many years ago. Knox loves them as they have been coming back every year. We were a little worried this year because the rabbits have decimated the leaves. But no worries, they came through again. Lovely patch of orange.

Following Andrew Huberman’s recs

Starting the day with teeth brushing and folding the laundry is not what Huberman recommends, but the first hour and a half should be enjoyed without coffee. Then coffee and a little sit in the morning sun. Loving it, Knox and Siena joined. Pancakes will be next. Sunday routine.

Fupus, sunday morning.

London – Dinner at the National Gallery

What an exciting meeting with my FCC colleagues. London was a blast, conference dinner at the National Gallery. Look at the scenery.

Just found this one with the rag tag band of young guns waiting inline to get entry to the dinner.

Me and the young guns at Trafalgar, missing the fashionable shades.

Visit to London: FCC week 2023

The FCC week in London was my first serious travel since September when I took over the responsibility to pick up our two little FUPUs from school. I missed the conference photo but I was partly captured in photos taken by other people. ‘Where is Waldo challenge’.
